    Edits & Enhancements

    Websites continue to evolve over time. You SHOULD need and want edits to your website on a regular basis. This helps with SEO, and also keeps the website content fresh and relevant for your customers.

    Minor Edits

    Also known as ‘small tasks’ (e.g., adding a testimonial, staff bio, or blog post). If your Maintenance Plan includes KDesign edit time, use the form above and your request will be covered at no extra cost. If not, you can still submit the form and will be billed at the current hourly rate.

    If you have a long list of minor edits or need a new page, a new enhancement, or new functionality (e.g. new form, new integration, new interactivity). Please submit a project request with details and we will get back to you with an estimate before proceeding.

    Redesigns & Refreshes

    Modern websites have a lifespan of 2 years, 7 months (forbes). When you feel your website is ready for a ‘facelift’, it’s time for a redesign or refresh. Existing KDesign clients receive a 15% discount.

    If it’s been over 5 years since your website was built (or refreshed), you are due for a redesign. This includes a full design process as well as restructuring content and navigation. This is great for ‘Franken-sites’ that have grown a lot since launch, and an overhaul is warranted.

    An option for websites less than 5 years old. We’ll update your existing site with simplified, modern layouts, improved user experience, and targeted adjustments to better reflect your evolving goals and audience—without a full rebuild.

    KDesign Maintenance Plans include premium WordPress hosting, advanced security to prevent hacking and downtime, as well as varying levels of time for edits. If you send edits often it may save you money to upgrade plans.
