Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in Lead Service Plan?
How much does Lead Service Plan cost?
Lead Service Plan starts at $1,977 per month. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business, the work we're responsible for, and the resources needed to do it well. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform(s). E-commerce businesses start 20% higher due to additional complexity.
Does Lead Service Plan include ad spend?
No. Advertising budgets are separate and paid directly to the advertising platform. Lead covers the strategy, setup, management and optimization of the campaigns we're managing.
Will you handle all of my marketing?
Lead Service Plan focuses on your online presence — particularly the things that connect to and support your website. If something falls outside our expertise, we'll tell you. If it makes sense to bring in a specialist, we can help coordinate the work.
Do you manage social media?
Yes, when social media is a worthwhile part of your strategy. We can help with strategy, content creation and scheduling — but we won't recommend posting just for the sake of posting.
Do you manage Google Ads and Meta Ads?
Yes. Paid advertising can be part of Lead Service Plan when it makes sense for your goals. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platform.
Do I still need to be involved?
Yes. We need your expertise, goals, approvals and occasional input. You know your business better than anyone. Our job is to make sure you don't have to figure out what to do with all of that information online.
What happens when I get started?
Your first month is about learning your business and establishing the foundation: understanding your goals, connecting the right tools and accounts, reviewing what's already happening, verifying measurement, and identifying the first priorities. There's no separate setup fee.
What's the difference between Optimize and Lead?
Optimize focuses on your website — improving its visibility, content, conversion and overall effectiveness. Lead expands our responsibility to the broader online presence around it, including social, email, advertising, reviews and other digital channels.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All our service plans are month-to-month. We'd rather keep you because the relationship is valuable than because a contract says you have to stay.
Do you work with businesses outside Boulder?
Absolutely. KDesign is based in Longmont and works with businesses throughout Boulder County, Colorado, across the Midwest and even overseas.
